Delete Your Account

Please review the information below before submitting your account deletion request.

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your data — including your profile, exam preferences, and notification history — will be removed and cannot be recovered.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your profile information, including your name and email address, will be permanently removed.
  • Your exam preferences and saved notification settings will be deleted.
  • Your device tokens will be unregistered — you will no longer receive push notifications.
  • Your account access will be disabled and you will no longer be able to sign in.

Deletion Timeline

  • Request Received We acknowledge your request within 48 hours via email.
  • Verification (1–2 days) We verify your identity using your registered email address.
  • Account Deactivated (Within 7 days) Your account becomes inaccessible and all notifications stop.
  • Data Purged (Within 30 days) All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers and backups.

Data Retention

After deletion, your profile and preferences are permanently removed. If retention is required by applicable law, only the minimum necessary records are retained for the legally required period.
